Question: Is it legal for parents to lock their kids out if they don't come home by curfew?

Answer: There is no law in Arizona that authorizes parents to lock their kids out if they do not come home by curfew. BUT, as you know, kids can be prosecuted for breaking the curfew laws.

I don't, I strongly thing being on your own would be a lot easier then living in my situation. I don't know why you moved out and I don't need to know, it may be worse, which probaly is, but my point is that it would be a lot easier on my own. I really wouldn't care if my parents locked me out, I would just go to my friends house or my youth leaders. If they want to lock me out, I say let them I'll just leave, I have better places to be then home.
