Question: Did Arizona pass a law where you can't drive until you are 18?

Answer: No, Arizona passed a graduated licensing law. All 15, 16 and 17-year olds applying for a graduated driver license on or after July 18, 2000, are affected by the new law, regardless of when they may have applied for an instruction permit Even holders of instructional permits received before July 18, 2000 must hold the instructional permit for a full five months before they can apply for a graduated license.

children of the age of 16 should not have their full lidcence cos they are too young and very very irrisponsible. for eg if they are driving home from a night club and they are drunk it is possible that they will get out of the car and walk around thew streets getting themselves badly damage or they could have an accident. I know that any other person is capable of that bu because there 16/17 they can get damaged in their body, Where as older people have fully grown organs so they dont get badly damaged inside.

I don't think that they should punish anybody. It dosen't really get the point across to them, because they're going to do it anyway. I think they should reward safe drivers!
