Speak Up! - View Question #17696

    printer friendly version

Question: How long does it take till you should recived your court day in the mail?

Answer: That depends on what type of hearing it is, and how far along in the process you are. There's not really enough specific information from the question to answer this. The answer to your question would depend on statute of limitations, how long a prosecutor has to file a case once he / she receives a referral, or how long the court has to set a hearing once a petition has been filed.
