Question: How old do I have to be to get my juvenile criminal record cleared?

Answer: In Arizona, you can ask the court when you are 19 years old to clear your record. There are conditions that you have to meet concerning any charges against you and the offenses that were originally committed. (See ARS 8-349.) If your prior offense was a felony or a DUI, you have to wait until you are 25 years old. There is also a new procedure that allows 18-year olds to ask the court to set aside the adjudication. In any case, the court has the right to store any records for research purposes.
