    Question: Where can I find a list of objections that can be made in a trial?

    Answer: There are many resources on the internet that list objections that may be made in a Trial. If you type in 'trial objections' you will find many lists from various universities. Here is a list of common objections made at trial: Leading; Asked and answered; Calls for speculation; Ambiguous or confusing; Argumentative; Hearsay; Assumes facts not in evidence; Calls for opinion
