    Question: What is the curfew for Casa Grande, Arizona?

    Answer: The curfew in Casa Grande (7 days a week) is:

    15 years and under-10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
    16 & 17 years-12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

    You can be out past curfew only if you:

    • are with your parent or guardian.
    • have prior permission from your parent or guardian, in a motor vehicle travelling to another state.
    • have prior permission from your parent or guardian, and are in an employment activity or going to or returning from an employment activity by the most direct route without any detour or stop.
    • are involved in an emergency.
    • have prior permission from your parent or guardian, and engaged in reasonable, legitimate, and specific business and/or activity.
    • have prior permission from your parent or guardian, and engaged in a reasonable exercise of the First Amendment rights protected by the United States Constitution.
    • are married and 16 years of age or over, or in the military.
    • are on the sidewalk in front of your house or on the next-door neighbor's property with their consent.

    No fair! Some cop stopped me (while I was still 17) and took me home because I was "out past curfew". It was almost six in the morning! Jerks, I swear!
