just found out 14 yr old daughter is with a 19 year old man. He meet's her at school in the a.m. and text's her. I want this to stop. Believe it or not he has called and appoligised saying he doesn't know what got into him. Swear's he will stay away from her.Should I just press charges. He is also the father of a 1 1/2 year old baby girl and doesn't want to go to jail. My daughter also states she will no longer see him. What should I do?

Even though it was consensual he is facing 5 years for Rape.
This is also her second time charging someone for the same thing. She had sex with another 19yr. old prior to my son.

well about 3 months ago i lost my virginity to an 18 year old guy...he took me from my home and i lost in on a "road trip" unfortunatly i was willing....i thought i was in love but all he did was USE me i feel awful and pray to god everyday...but i have to live w this im 15 i feel like i should beable to make him know what he did was wrong...he is a BAD guy and needs 2 b punished...hes ruined SO much of my future. can i do somthing about this w the law? please help me to receive justice...
