Question: I HAVE AN ATTORNEY FOR A CAR ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENED IN 1997, I WAS INJURED, NOW HE IS DOUBLE CHARGING ME PLUS COSTS, HE S MAKING MORE MONEY THAN I AM. HE TOOK ONE CASE AND SPLIT IT INTO TWO AND THEN EXPECTED ME TO BE HAPPY WHEN HE TOLD ME THE NEWS. WE HAVE REQUESTED AN ITEMIZED BILLING STATEMNT AND THEY HAVE REFUSED. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
