Question: What are the rules for interviewing a six year old child?
Answer: I am assuming that you mean interviewing a minor as a witness in court. A child is treated the same as an adult. All children can be witnesses in court as long and they have personal knowledge of what they are being questioned about by an attorney or judge. (Arizona Rules of Evidence - Rule 602).
