Question: I will be 18 in 2 weeks. How do I get my juvenile record expunged in Arizona? I am having trouble finding info on this.

Answer:

There are a lot things to look at when getting your record expunged. You must have already completed your probation or other punishment prior to eighteen, and you cannot have committed a felony, or certain other offenses. If you have questions after reading the laws, you may want to call a lawyer. (ARS §8-349)
