Question: I recentely recieved a ticket for excessive speeding, going 85 in a 50. How will this ticket get sent to me, by mail, or certified mail? Will it be adressed to my parents, or me?

Answer: If you received the ticket, it won't need to be sent to you at all. The initial court date is usually written on the ticket itself. Just appear at the date and time listed.

However, if what you describe is a criminal speeding ticket, it could result in a Juvenile Court petition. The court then sends notice to the juvenile care of the parents at the last known mailing address. Be sure you appear as scheduled, or a warrant for your arrest can be issued and your license could be suspended for failing to appear.
