Question: I have a 'green card' and have chosen to apply for a restraining order against an FBI agent. Is this possible.
Answer: If the agent is illegally harassing you, you may ask a court to issue a restraining order. However, if the agent is in *any* way attempting to perform his or her duties, the court will deny your request out of respect for the agent's need to enforce the laws.
