Question: im 17 years old and i'm dating a 20 year old , my parents and I do not get along they want me out of the house, would I be able to live with him , legaly if they kick me out? Or are we even Legaly able to date at our ages?

Answer: You are legally allowed to date, you are just not allowed to have sex. You could live with him if they kick you out, but technically they have control over you until you turn 18, so I would try to wait it out until then. If you are really concerned you may want to talk to a counselor at school. Most kids your age don't get along with their parents, you are not in a rare situation, but you should at least try to get along until you are able to legally make your own decisions.

Actually you are old enough in New York State to have sex with your boyfriens if you are 17 and he is older but alot of people frown upon it.

You should be able move out but your parents have to sign for it as long as you have never got into any trouble.

Just think, when he's 48, you'll be 45. That's not a big difference. Some people think that if you are a teenager you shouldn't be with some one older. 17 is only 3 years away from 20.
