Question: im 17 years old and i'm dating a 20 year old , my parents and I do not get along they want me out of the house, would I be able to live with him , legaly if they kick me out? Or are we even Legaly able to date at our ages?

Answer: You are legally allowed to date, you are just not allowed to have sex. You could live with him if they kick you out, but technically they have control over you until you turn 18, so I would try to wait it out until then. If you are really concerned you may want to talk to a counselor at school. Most kids your age don't get along with their parents, you are not in a rare situation, but you should at least try to get along until you are able to legally make your own decisions.

I went through the same thing. I now work with young adults & see them headed down the same path that I was going down. It is upsetting to me that so many girls can't wait to leave their parents house. There is so much more that having a older boyfriend & living with him. Try college or getting a job that will get you places. You have your whole life to fall in love, wait. Something is wrong with these men if they are looking for little girls to fill the vacancy in their beds! 38 year old & a 18 year old? Come on you are better than that, no wonder your parents are up set with you! That is bad

my boyfriend is 38, but he has a extremly young spirit. we talk on the phone for hours and we have decided to wait until i graduate from high school and turn 18... its only a couple of months away... me and my mom fight all the time, so i cant wait to move out, so i know the feeling. im sure u have a year or less... wait it out and if you two are still together when times up, then there's somethin special between ya'll.

Well, it does depend where you live. Most states requires you to be at least 18 years old, because when you are 17, you're considered a minor.
