Question: im 17 years old and i'm dating a 20 year old , my parents and I do not get along they want me out of the house, would I be able to live with him , legaly if they kick me out? Or are we even Legaly able to date at our ages?

Answer: You are legally allowed to date, you are just not allowed to have sex. You could live with him if they kick you out, but technically they have control over you until you turn 18, so I would try to wait it out until then. If you are really concerned you may want to talk to a counselor at school. Most kids your age don't get along with their parents, you are not in a rare situation, but you should at least try to get along until you are able to legally make your own decisions.

At age 17 you are of legal age of consent, for sex. If you do a search on Yahoo.com and type what is the legal age of consent you will come up with various websites that show the laws on this subject in different states. I found out because I am 25 and a 17 year old guy kept begging me to be his girlfriend. I did the research.

i say if you love him then go ahead and stay with him but if your parents hate him then try to get on your parents good side then see if he can live with you

Depends, what state you live in however the law reads in New York state, that their is a 4 year buffer rule between ages so up untill 21 is legal. However each state has it's own law concerning this. As far as your age goes concerning your parents, it would be a pretty long ordeal to change to a Emancipated minor in which the a judge/state un the age of 18 would have control over your actions to a degree, however this is a long thought process, you should really speak with a consular at school. My advice is to wait a year.
