Soli from texas, no they don't have the right to deduct it. However, they do have the right to take disciplinary action for you not following their manadatory lunch policy.

I work for a Drug Company and the have just recently picked up a lot of new Buisness. Does anybody know of a law in The State of Arizona that requires them to give us what I thought was 15 min. breaks every 4 hrs? Or can they just work us all nite with no breaks. Also, is their anywhere that I can Complain about the big 14 cent an hr raise we all got, or can they actually get by with that insult Thanks Jules
