Question: IM 16 AND I HAVE PLANS TO MOVE TO ARIZONA WITH MY BABY AND HER FATHER AND I WAS WONDERING IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO WORK AND DO I NEED WORKING PAPERS AND COULD I OBTAIN THEM WITH OUT MY PARENTS SIGNING A PAPER. AND WOULD IBE ABLE TO GET MY LEARNERS PERMIT IN THE SAME SITUATION?

Answer:

In Arizona, minors do not need to obtain work permits. In addition, employers are not required to get permission from a minor's parent or legal guardian to work within the state.

Regarding the learners permit question, in Arizona if you are between the ages of 16 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the legal guardian section on the driver license application.
