Question: How old do you have to be to drive a car and how old do you have to be to register the car.

Answer: According to the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division, anyone can have a car's title in his/her name, even a 2-year-old.  A title to a car signifies legal ownership of the car, but it's not the same as registration. Registration is permission from the government for the car to be driven (and in Arizona, it serves as the process by which property taxes are collected on vehicles).  The person in whose name a car is registered must have a driver's license and insurance.  In Arizona, you must be at least 16 to drive and register a car.

This is stupid i think you sould be aloud to drive when ever you want and there just be a height limit and if you have problems like groth then a age limit for thoese people i think we should be aloud to take the test if we are over say 5ft and if we pass it then we should be aloud to drive atleast a 50cc moped of a special car made for under age drivers and are car is limmited to a top speed but no we are aloud to drive everywhere else on are quads and motorbikes but not on the road and if you wont let us on the road for saftey reason then and we should get a form signed by are parents

seriously, if you can trust kids to have a job at around 15 possibly 14 and have no experience, then what makes a difference of having your license at 17?
