Question: Can I be arrested for carrying pepper spray under age
Answer: There is no law against a minor carrying pepper spray. But some schools and business have prohibitions or rules against bringing pepper spray into them because of safety concerns. Also, it is against the law to threaten to use pepper spray against someone without justification such as self defense.
