Question: What can a minor do about sexual harassment?

Answer: Sexual harassment is defined as any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature. Sometimes sexual harassment is discrimination, which is against the law. If the harassment remains words only, civil (not criminal) action can sometimes be taken. If words are replaced by physical actions, then it may become sexual assault. Sexual harassment is always inappropriate. The incident should be reported to an adult that you can trust.

I am a minor and was sexually harrassed at work by my 50+ year old boss and just want to say, stay strong ladies and remmber it is never your fault and are by no means responsible for another person's actions. I will be filling a report against him. If I don't who will?

What if you are accused by a girl and this young man did anything of what is being said. He is actually locked up. That also is unfair, I know him he did not do this. He is going to college and trying to make a future for himself.
