Question: What can a minor do about sexual harassment?

Answer: Sexual harassment is defined as any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature. Sometimes sexual harassment is discrimination, which is against the law. If the harassment remains words only, civil (not criminal) action can sometimes be taken. If words are replaced by physical actions, then it may become sexual assault. Sexual harassment is always inappropriate. The incident should be reported to an adult that you can trust.

I am not sure if I was sexually harassed or not...there were some friends f my gaurdians living with us for almost a year and the husband would grab my breasts, smack my rear, and say things to me that were not right, one day he pinned me to the ground and started to act like a dog on my back(I hope you know what I mean) he thought this was funny...at all accurances I would clearly tell him to stop. And every time it happened I told my grandparents..then I just gave up...they said he was playing and tell me to tell him to stop if I did not like or want to allow this to happen to me.. well I di
