Question: Do I have the right to disable parental spyware from my computer? Also, can I disable filtering or censorship programs?

Answer:

Your parent's have a legal responsibility to provide for your safety and well-being until you become an adult. So, they have the authority to take things away from you or block sites from you that they believe will harm your safety and/or well-being.
