Question: Do people ever get in trouble for graffiti?

Answer:

Obviously spray painting on prrperty that isn't your's is illegal. If you get caught you can get in a lot of trouble.

Yes people get caught all the time...if you are caught doing graffiti you can be charged with a felony! 1 Year in Jail... Also if a tagger goes to jail for 1 year, they are likely to develope more of a gang mentallity and become a more violent, angry person when they get out.
