Question: Do you receive a worse sentence if you have 1 felony and then get another felony?
Answer: It is ultimately up to the judge. Any prior offence will be considered, and in juvenile court the 'sentence' options (A.R.S. 8-391) range from community service to commitments to the Department of Juvenile Corrections until age 18. Sentencing ranges may be more severe if prosecuted for a second felony.
