Question:

I got an aiding and abbetting ticket when I was 14 years old and now am 17 and trying to find a job? Can employers look this up?

Answer: Assuming you were not charged as an adult, your record as a juvenile is sealed and is not accessible to the public, which would include your employer.  The record can be viewed by governmental agencies, and by anyone given permission by the judge if certain circumstances are shown.
