Question: I'm seventeen years old, and I don't live with my family. Under the the Bill of Rights, Amendment 1, I'm supposed to have the freedom of religion, but I'm being forced to go to church. Is this a violation of my civil liberties?

Answer: From your question it is unclear who is forcing you to go to church.

If it is a parent or guardian and you are under the age of 18 then they can raise you as they see fit. This includes raising you under a specific religion.

If it is a private institution such as a school then it depends on the situation.  In most cases the parents have made an agreement on behalf of the child and given the institution that authority.

Maybe you should try going to church instead of fighting it. The only reason you are asking this question is because you do not want to go to church for your own selfish reasons. The law is not set to let children get out of doing what they should be.
