Question: I got my permit on December first when can I get my lisence Answer: For a graduated permit, you must be 15 years and 6 months old and pass all the requirements from the Motor Vehicle Division. Generally, for a driver's license, you must be at least 16 years old and pass all of the requirements from the Motor Vehicle Division. Some of the licensing laws changed in July 2008.
