Question: If driving with a permit alone and are pulled over what are the possible concerns?

Answer: A Learner's Permit is not a license to drive a car. It is a special permit that allows you to drive a car on the road only for the purpose of learning to drive, and you must have a licensed driver with you at all times.

The point of a Learner's Permit is to give you an opportunity to learn to drive, with supervision from someone with a license.

If you were to be caught driving without supervision, you will first be cited for driving without a license just as anyone else would that is driving without a license. In addition, it is likely that you will not be allowed to obtain a Driver's License at all for some period of time as punishment for breaking the law. The period of time until you could get a License would depend on the circumstances, but will probably be until you turn eighteen year's old.

I was just pulled over for driving without a licensed driver, but I'm scheduled to take my license test before my court date. Can I still take my test? And I'm over 18, so will they suspend my license? And if so, until when?

Hey i got pulled over.. a couple times. The first time the cop let me go with just a speeding ticket(even though i had no licensed driver with me). The second time, i got two tickets- one for speeding and one for driving without a license. and i still have my permit? i guess.
