Question: If driving with a permit alone and are pulled over what are the possible concerns?

Answer: A Learner's Permit is not a license to drive a car. It is a special permit that allows you to drive a car on the road only for the purpose of learning to drive, and you must have a licensed driver with you at all times.

The point of a Learner's Permit is to give you an opportunity to learn to drive, with supervision from someone with a license.

If you were to be caught driving without supervision, you will first be cited for driving without a license just as anyone else would that is driving without a license. In addition, it is likely that you will not be allowed to obtain a Driver's License at all for some period of time as punishment for breaking the law. The period of time until you could get a License would depend on the circumstances, but will probably be until you turn eighteen year's old.

Duh...you can't even spell yet. You shouldn't be driving for sure. You need to focus on going to school first!

I was pulling out from a turn around area, without a lisence and only having my permit/temps. My car was then stuck in a ditch. And the cops got to my car before I did, now I have a $75.00 tow fee, and I have to appear in court for the fact I had no lisence. I was told they will be suspened to the age of 21.
