Question: If you have a warrant out for missing a court date when you are a juvenile, does it get wiped off your record once you turn 18?

Answer: The warrant should be quashed once you turn 18 as the Juvenile Court (which issued the warrant) no longer has jurisdiction.

However, the record of the warrant being issued will not go away, nor will your juvenile court record. It is also important to note that cases which are still pending on your 18th birthday are supposed to be automatically transferred to the appropriate adult court after you turn 18. (ARS 8-302(D)).
