Question: Where can I get help? My due process rights have been violated.

Answer: You must speak to an attorney immediately. If you have not been charged or appointed a lawyer, you must remain silent. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. You are harming yourself and your case by discussing the case with ANYONE beside your attorney.
