my comment is, my husband and I bought his son from another marriage a truck for his 16th birthday and my husband did not fill out the title correct. my husband put his my husband name then (or) his son name of 16teen on the title, sence we live in different towns we thought that it would be easer for her to tag it. she the mother of the boy changes the title in her name only. I would like to know the laws on this please stepmom
