I'm going to be able to operate a two ton car in under one year. I am currently able to operate my bike at speeds in exess of 40 miles an hour, and ski 45-50 mph. But I cannot drive a little 20 pound Goped® at 18mph. I live with the anxiety of weather or not cops I pass on my little scooter will care or not. I think that our valued police could be used more effectlively. It is possible for me to go buy some alchol then pot and some ciggarettes but then get stoped by a cop for the mode of transportation I'm using. Focus on real problems.

I think californian law enforement is just black hole you put your money into. They find anyway to bust people but to make kids pay a ticket and pay for your scooter because it gets impounded is just sick and wrong.
