Question:

Are motorized skateboards illegal or is anything being done to make them illegal?

Answer:

Motorized skateboard use is covered by city laws. For example, in Tempe, the law states that no child under the age of 14 can operated a motorized skateboard. (Section 19-23). Tempe City codes also state that no person other than the owner of the motorized skateboard is authorized to ride it and that no passengers are allowed on it. To be sure, check with your local police department to find out about laws concerning motorized skateboards in your community.

Gopeds® are freakin awsome but some other people dont think so cuz they say there in the way but how are teens supposed to get to work and school or something. we should make a law saying if ur Goped® goes around 20mph, stay in those areas, if it goes around 30mph or watever, stay in that area or under that speed limit.
