Question:

What law is broken when you toilet paper a house?

Answer:

In Arizona, A.R.S. §13-1603 states that if you throw, place, drop or permit to be dropped on public or private property any litter, destructive or injurious material and do not immediately remove it, you can be charged with a misdemeanor (jail time and a fine) or a felony (prison time and a fine) depending upon what was placed on the property. Toilet paper could be considered 'litter' and therefore, toilet papering a house might result in being charged with a crime under this statute. Most states have similar laws - you could call your local police department and ask about the laws in your state.

Rolling someone's house is really not a big deal. I've had stuff done to me, like when someone put syrup and flour all over my car, and yeah, it was annoying to clean up but it's not a big deal. It's no fun getting caught (I have lots of times) but it's really fun. People who get police into it are too anal about things and deserve to get rolled so they can have fun cleaning it up.

Let's see if you have the same lackadasical mood about TPing when you're the victim. Cleaning it up is not fun, and it often disturbs more than one family in a neighborhood thanks to the wind. You're breaking a law. Besides, it is immature, and are your lives that bland that you must resort to defacement of private property to pass the time?

It fun and harmless, people shoudn't be so worried abot being selfish, cuse sometimes the people who say others are selfish have been left out as children or they' selfish themselves.

This is to bubblez- if your house gets toilet papered and you gotta clean it up, then you gotta clean it up- big deal, people will get over it and if they can't then maybe they aren't "stable" enough or mature enough to own a house in the first place. And don't even come back with the comment that TPing is immature- its better then doing other stuf- and its biodegrable, it goes away.
