Question: What law is broken when you toilet paper a house?
Answer: In Arizona, A.R.S. §13-1603 states that if you throw, place, drop or permit to be dropped on public or private property any litter, destructive or injurious material and do not immediately remove it, you can be charged with a misdemeanor (jail time and a fine) or a felony (prison time and a fine) depending upon what was placed on the property. Toilet paper could be considered 'litter' and therefore, toilet papering a house might result in being charged with a crime under this statute. Most states have similar laws - you could call your local police department and ask about the laws in your state.

I think its a annoying little act that just makes people mad. Have you yourself ever had to take off toliet paper off your house, besides thats not all they do sometimes, if you put ham or something like that on something with paint it may take off or ruin the paint. this now drops to distruction of property..sleepovers fine, do your own house, i doubt somebody will call the cops on ya :)
