Question: What law is broken when you toilet paper a house?
Answer: In Arizona, A.R.S. §13-1603 states that if you throw, place, drop or permit to be dropped on public or private property any litter, destructive or injurious material and do not immediately remove it, you can be charged with a misdemeanor (jail time and a fine) or a felony (prison time and a fine) depending upon what was placed on the property. Toilet paper could be considered 'litter' and therefore, toilet papering a house might result in being charged with a crime under this statute. Most states have similar laws - you could call your local police department and ask about the laws in your state.

What, I've T.P'ed a house before and it didn't cause a money's worth of damage. The only thing that happened was that the guy knew who it was, asked me where i lived and i lied to him.

It was a nice New year prank and he diseved it anyways. It should be legal. If it is in a tree that has no leaves, not like an ever green, in the winter when the tree has no leasv only branches you just take a match and light the toilet paper. it will burn only the TP. It should be leggal. I mean Can't anyone take a joke?????

TP'ing is only a crime if it is taken out of proportion. Getting your license revoked is about the most dumb thing I've ever heard. What's next, house arrest for cheating on a math quiz? Some things are just taken way out of proportion.

Using commode wipes for destructive purposes is morally wrong and illegal. Back in my days we would never waste good paper on such fool-hardy shananigans, nor disrespect our neighbor's property. You scallywags should be made to buy new houses for the innocent victims of your terrible habits.

It's not a huge deal just to toilet paper someone, but whenever you throw in things such as eggs, or keying cars, it becomes a big deal. I've been TPed before, and personally, I don't think it's a huge deal. However, I was once TPed, had gas poured in my yard, had my lawn mower smashed against a tree, had my brother's car deeply keyed with a knife, and had toilet paper on my house... Don't break the law whenever you do it. Don't harm their property.
