Question:

What law is broken when you toilet paper a house?

Answer:

In Arizona, A.R.S. §13-1603 states that if you throw, place, drop or permit to be dropped on public or private property any litter, destructive or injurious material and do not immediately remove it, you can be charged with a misdemeanor (jail time and a fine) or a felony (prison time and a fine) depending upon what was placed on the property. Toilet paper could be considered 'litter' and therefore, toilet papering a house might result in being charged with a crime under this statute. Most states have similar laws - you could call your local police department and ask about the laws in your state.

If eggs are so destructive then shouldn't chickens go to jail?

First of all, if toilet papering is the only thing keeping you off drugs, you might want to re-evaluate your life. Secondly, if you want some fulfillment, pick up TP from your house once, when it's been done maliciously, and then feel happy when you decide not to do it to someone else.

Every year we tp our school at homecoming is a great time the cops always come and they dont really care. if you get caught you just have to clean it up. We usually all run to the woods behind our school. its fun for the cops and the kids. Think about it if you were a cop wouldnt you like to chase kids????????? We tp all the kids we dont like and the trick is to hey a broom stick and put like 10 rolls on it and get an air compressor and blasty all the rolld up the go like 100 feet then you just wrap the rest around the tree. it works like a charm. in the end it really isint that bad.

TPing is fun. I've done it many time and never ruined anything. As long as you know the person and don't destroy or damage anything it's ok.
