I think that the law shouldn't tell us that we got to go in at a certain time because are parents should tell us because my mom let me stay out to 12:00 on the weekends because i be on my block and im only 13 years old but on weekdays i got to go in at 10:30 because the cops will see that you go in your house on time.

This entire message board is getting insane. We've got adults talking down to kids as if they know nothing, and we've got kids talking down to adults as if they know nothing. One of the first points I'd like to make on the kids side is that, in reality, teens are biologically nocturnal. I'm dead serious. Due to the internal chemical changes going on, we're much more adapted to night than day in our teen years. Look it up, there have been studies done on it. At the same time, I concede a point to the adults involved in that the laws are, to a degree, helpful. To any who wonder, only I'm 16

I disagree. Someday you will look back and see what you are saying and think it is so rediculous! Curfews are made to keep you safe. I dont see what is wrong with that. Besides what can you do that late at night anyways? nothing except get into trouble. so there is no point to even being out that late anyways. so the law is the law and you cant change it. You know what they say...if you dont like something change it if you cant change it than change ur attitude, and that is what you should do.
