Question: Is it true that you can have a note from your parents to be out after curfew?

Answer:

In Arizona, a minor is not violating a county or city curfew if they are accompanied supervising adult, are on an emergency errand or have been specifically directed to the location on reasonable, legitimate business or some other activity by the supervising adult. (A.R.S. § 11-251(40)).

I think that curfew should be made later because I can take care of my self and I dont think the city should be making decisions that our parents should be making.

I think if curfwes were leagalized, there would be a lot more deaths around the world, and more people doing things that are made for adults, and maybe not even for adults. I think curfews are a good idea -besides, why stay out late? get some sleep!

okay, this law curfew thing is so stupid i am a 14 year old girl and i weigh like 90 lbs and im 5''4and I survive on the streets at night so realy wats the point in this ???? I just go across the street to wal mart at 1200 am and im always okay!!!! so I think its dumb!!!!!!
