Question: Where can I find a list of objections that can be made in a trial?

Answer: There are many resources on the internet that list objections that may be made in a Trial. If you type in 'trial objections' you will find many lists from various universities. Here is a list of common objections made at trial: Leading; Asked and answered; Calls for speculation; Ambiguous or confusing; Argumentative; Hearsay; Assumes facts not in evidence; Calls for opinion

If you'd like to learn more about trials, we suggest getting your school to participate in the Arizona High School Mock Trial program with Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education. http://www.azflse.org
