Question: What are the requirements to become President?
Answer: The United States Constitution outlines the
requirements for President in Article 2. This article of the U.S. Constitution
also outlines the many powers of the President and Executive branch of
government.
Section 1 of Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution states
that a President must:
- be a natural born citizen of the united States
- be at least 35 years old
- have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years
In addition, the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
states that a President may not serve more than 2 terms of 4 years each,
even if they have only served as President for 2 or more years of one
of those terms.

Qui said that it is a good thing that we have a black president. I don't really care if we have a white, black, mexican, native american, or whatever else as president. I just think that we should never vote for someone just because of their race, whether they're white or not. Anyway, Qui from NC, think about this; when you say that we needed "Change" you are thinking just about a change in physical appearance, not a change in policy, ideas, or ethics. I'm not racist, but I don't like seeing someone get elected solely because we wanted a black president.

I think that there was no reason to have elected Obama. I fully understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I think that they sohould also think before they vote for someone as important as the president of the United States. I think that we should vote for someone who has and will sacrifice everything to help their country, not someone who has been a senator for less than 4 years. Anyway, I think that we should stop electing people based on party lines and party lines alone. We need somebody who will vote for what is right, not to push their agenda.

obama has a history as a great senator. 2 years 5 appearances all of which he voted "present" no for or againsts. furthermore, he WAS and for that reason always will be a muslim extremist. say what you want the facts are available

No. According to the U.S. Contitiution, the Speaker of the House is 3rd in line to succeed the President IF the President AND VP were to die in office. The Secretary of State is 4th in line.
