I think if my mom is with me and she says I can ride it, then I should be able to ride it whereever it would be safe, not the road, but at least out in the desert or public park that has a bicycle track. When I am grow up I am going to be a senator and make my own rules....

My friend hit a car cause he wasnt looking and luckily no1 got hurt.
Second, the law whhich states that u can not ride on a street that the speed limit is over 25 is dumb,but i have a reason, there is a new steet and it has the speed limit 40, it has no sidewalks so how am i supposed to ride on it, if they treat Gopeds® as moterized skatboreing vehicles let us ride on the road!!!!!!!!!! its a vehicle right?!?!?!
