I'm buying my 12 yr old and my 10 yr old gas powered Gopeds®, as well as I have already bought my 6 yr old an electric Goped®. I think the laws are stupid reguarding Gopeds®! A child can get just as badly falling out of a tree, as riding a Goped®, should we put an age restriction tree climbing? If parents are responsible an teach their children to be responsible I don't see the problem. I'm completly for lifting the age restrictions, but until then I guess my kids will ride responsibly, but illegally!!!!

I got pulled over in NH and i now have to appear in court for driving without a license, operating a unregistered vehicle, and riding on the wrong side of the road.
