Question: Does my AZ driving permit allow me to drive (with a licensed driver) in other states?
Answer: Yes. A valid Arizona Drivers License would allow you to drive in any other state. Even though a permit allowing you to drive with an adult passenger is not a license, states recognize other states' permits as well since fundamentally it involves the same thing: your right to drive.

the ability to drive is now a right!? woo hoo! thats news, now i can drive anything, anytime, whenever and whereever i want, and what good is a suspended license? i doubt the constitution says anything about a persons "right to drive." it may be heavily regulated, but i wouldnt call it a "right." DRIVING IS A PRIVILEDGE! anyways, make sure your insurance is good if you plan on moving or changing your address. i moved to new jersey for a couple years and a lot of insurance companies wont insure out there. as for road trips and vacations, there shouldnt be any problem i think.

I think that this was an interesting page,but there isn't much about Wisconsins Driving laws and that's where I live and I was doing a report on it.
