Question: Do you know what states have a drinking age that is under 21? I'm doing a research paper on alcohol and youths.
Answer: There are no states that allow drinking under the age of 21. This is a federal law and not an individual state law.

When I felt my two children were mature enough to drink, I allowed it in my home only. Not at any of their friends houses. That way I could control the consumption. The are both of age now and neither of them drink. I believe it is because of me letting them get it out of their system.
