Hey, did you guys know that you can drive at practically any age in Phoenix, Arizona? IT'S TRUE! There is no law for or against driving on non-state property/roads. This means, in my case, you can drive in a chruch parking lot with a licensed adult present in the vehicle. We confirmed this be calling the police station and asking them. It's really fun ;) .

Yeah, because waiting the extra 7 months really kills you [Sarcasm]. I'm already 16 and I don't even have a permit. The longer you wait, the less you care. Trust me, the older you get, the faster time goes. It doesn't matter. We don't need a bunch of children running the streets anyways. The immaturity would result in a quite a few more crashes.

I thing Americans are lucky that they can drive at 15 yrs 7 months. Im 17 and have only just passed my DSA driving test in Englan because i had to wait until i was 17 to take a theory test and apply for my provisional licence!

Um...Yeah i think we should get to drive when we are 15 instead of having to wait an extra 7 months.
