Question: If I, with a clean record, start & participate in beating up an adult of 18yrs,what's the punishment?

Answer: It depends on many factors. First, it depends if the person is tried as an adult. Arizona law allows juveniles, and in some cases makes it mandatory, for juveniles to be tried as adults for certain crimes. Penalties in the adult system are much more severe than in the juvenile system.

If someone is tried for this crime as an adult, and seriously hurts the victim, then there is a likelihood of a prison sentence. If there are serious injuries and dangerous weapons are involved, there will likely be mandatory jail time. The adult sentences can range from probation with jail time, to hard prison time. And, if the victim isn't injured seriously, it doesn't mean you won't go to jail. There are consequences for putting someone's life in danger.

If the person is tried as a juvenile for this crime, there is a wide range of punishment from probation to incarceration at a juvenile detention facility.

I just want to say that rage does not work when trying to get someone to notice you or leave you alone. Anger is only hurt that we cant get out by crying or being sad when you turn tour hurt in to rage it just makes more hurt for you and for others dont be like me with no friends, no love from my mom and dad becouse they are ashamed of the way I tryed to tell them that I was hurting.
