Question: How old do you have to be to get your tongue pierced?

Answer: According to Arizona Law (A.R.S. § 13-3721) it is a class 6 felony for anyone to pierce any part of anyone's body if they are under 18 without their parents present (the only exception are your ears). So you can get your tongue pierced if you are under 18 only if your parents come along (a note is not good enough).

I got my tounge pierced in new york, i am 17. they let me get it there. it does not hurt at all. i was scared though, but i didnt feel a thing what so ever and if you do bleed in which i didnt it is like about two water drips from a sink. it hurts later on it just feels uncomfortable and kinda sore. eatting wise - its annoying you have to get used that you have metal through your tounge and have to work your way around that . stick with soft foods for two days ..
