Question: Can I still get a license in Arizona even if I'm not a resident there?
Answer: Yes, temporary residents such as out-of-state students and their spouses, or military personnel and their family members may apply for a 5-year license regardless of age. If you are new to the state, you will be required to show your out-of-state driver license when you apply for an Arizona license.
